Chris is a CRM Field Escalation Manager at Tribridge, and is responsible for Global CRM infrastructure, architecture and escalation support with Microsoft. Chris has been working in various flavors of CRM his entire carerer, and has been working with Microsoft CRM since 1.0. Chris is a co-chairperson and SME on the CRMUG Tampa User Group and Summit events.
