Luis Méndez is the Business Development Manager for Intel’s Government, Education & Healthcare Group. Intel’s GEM helps drive industry open standards and business and ecosystem policy improvement. Luis consults with customers in the Provider, Health Insurance, and Government areas to help create opportunities in which Intel can help and inspire innovation. He has over 20 years of experience in IT and Healthcare.
Luis is a trusted advisor to many IT Organizations seeking a holistic and agnostic view of technology. He is based in Tampa, FL from which he covers a list of Government, Education & Healthcare Organizations. Luis holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. He is currently finishing a Healthcare IT Certification with the University of Connecticut.
